Steve Campbell joined the predecessor of BHHS-CR, Prudential California Realty, in 2009 bringing with him more than 35 years of diversified business experience.
Steve’s career, initially focused in sales and sales management, progressed to involve general management and executive leadership of companies both national and international in scope. His experience involved the start-up of new operations or the restructuring of existing ones. Such restructurings often called for complex real property transactions and related asset realignment.
The element of his career most valued by Steve has been the opportunity to lead companies in their commitment to renewed growth through positive change. This change typically involved the leadership of all team members in their commitment to “continuous improvement”, resulting in accelerated company growth – both in sales and profitability. Steve has been recognized for his contributions to employee- associate development at the national level and greatly values the successes that many of his associates have attained.
The transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was initiated by Steve and he views it as both timely and effective in bringing a whole new level of resources and sophistication to the team and their clients.
